Ja sam tetka.

Moja sestra ima dvoje dece. Moj nećak je 2 godine i 4 meseca star, a nećakinja 8 meseci.

I'm the aunt.

My sister has two children. My nephew is 2 years and 4 months old and a niece 8 months old.

Za njih dvoje nisam nikako šila garderobu (Šila sam tipi za 2. rođendan mog nećaka, za koji još čekam slike od moje sestre.), a ovo je tek drugi put da šijem za decu (Pre par godina sam šila za jednu devojčicu dve haljine.).

Šivenje za decu je zanimljivo, to sam konstatovala i pre par godina. Zahteva znanja i veština kao da šijete za odrasle, ali sve je malo. Možda sa tehničke strane i nije baš najlakše tako male stvari za šiti, ali pričinjava veliko zadovoljstvo.

For the two of them, I never sewed clothes ( I sewed a tipi for the second birthday of my nephew, for which I'm still waiting for my sister's photos.), and this is my second time to sew for children (A few years ago I sewed for a little girl two dresses .).

Sewing for children is interesting, that I noted a few years ago also. It requires knowledge and skill as to sewing for adults, but everything is small. Maybe on the technical side, it's not the easiest thing to do because of small parts, but it's a great pleasure.

Ovaj put sam šila dva pidžame.

This time I sewed two pajamas.

Za devojčicu sam odabrala najrozastiji materijal koji sam našla u lokalnoj radnji. Za stariju decu ima odličnih motiva, ali za bebe samo par interesantnih, s tim da mi je ovaj bio najinteresantniji. 

Ovo je pamučni žersej, a kupila sam 0,80 m materijala i posle krojenja ostalo mi je još materijala, nadam se za jednu haljinicu bez rukava. Kupila sam i paspul traku odgovarajuće boje za izrez oko vrata, krajeve rukava i nogavica, kao i za deo pojasa. 

Kroj sam našla na Pinterest-u, a ovo je veličina 80. 

Pidžama, tj. pidžame su sašivene korišćenjem overlock-a, a samo donji rub na gornjem delu je urađen sa mašinom za šivenje. 

For the baby girl, I chose the pinkest fabric I found in the local shop. For older children, there are some great motives, but for babies, only a couple of interesting ones, and this one was the most interesting to me.

This is a cotton jersey, I have bought 0.80 m of fabric and after the cutting, there is still some rest, I hope enough for a sleeveless dress for my niece. I also bought a fabric for cuffs, for the neckline, sleeves, and trousers, as well as for the waistband.

I found the cut for this one on website Pinterest, and this is size 80.

Pajamas are sewed with overlock, and only the edges on the upper part were made with a sewing machine.

Moj nećak je trenutno oduševljen vatrogascem Sam-om, a kada sam prvi put pre dva meseca ugledala materijal u lokalnoj radnji, bilo ga je i u plavoj boji, ali pre dve nedelje kada sam kupovala, u ponudi je bila samo ova crvena varijanta.

Paspul traku sam kupila u plavoj boji i ispalo je kao odlična kombinacija.

Za pidžamu sam kupila 1,10 m, a takođe mi je ostalo još materijala.

Kroj za pidžamu je iz Burda magazina, izdanje za april 2018. Modeli su 129 i 130.

My nephew is currently fascinated with Fireman Sam (the animated children's program), and when I first saw the fabric whit this design for the first time two months ago in the local shop, it was in blue and in red, but two weeks ago when I bought it, only this red variant was offered.

I bought the cuff fabric in blue and it turned out to be a great combination.

I bought 1,10 m for pajamas, and I also have some rest of fabric.

The cut for the t-shirt and pants are from Burda magazine, the issue for April 2018. The models are 129 and 130.

Pidžame su preslatke, a kad moja sestra bude slikala decu u njima, postaviću slike ove.
