Moje boje/My colors

Još jedna u nizu mojih jednostavnih letnjih haljina. 

Za leto (pa i za ovo) skoro uvek šijem prilično jednostavne modele, nestrukirane ili sa gumom ispod grudi ili na liniji struka, ali u raznim varijantama. Ja se najprijatnije osećam u takvim haljinama (Najveći deo života sam provela na Balkanu, a tamo su letnje temperature (pre)visoke pa je praktičnije (za mene) dan provoditi u nečem opuštenom i lepršavom.).

Another one of my simple summer dresses.

For the summer (and for this also) almost always I sew pretty simple models, straight or with rubber under the chest or on the line of the waist, but in various variants. I feel most comfortable in such a kind of dresses (I spend most of my life in the Balkans, and there are temperatures in summer too high, so it is more practical to spend a day in something  fluttering.)

Što se ove haljine tiče, najveću ulogu je odigrala matematika ili možda ipak snalažljivost ili kako iskoristiti svaki delić materijala jer vam je prelep.

Imala sam u dužini skoro 1,90m (širine 1,50m) ovog materijala, sa obe strane je bila ista bordura (koja se na haljini lepo vidi), a između deo sa cvećem. (Volim na Stoffmarkt-u da kupujem u delu gde se nude materijali već isečene dužine (restovi), tj. ostaci materijala dužine 1,40-1,90m koji se prodaju za 5 eura po komadu. Tako je ovaj i prethodni materijal koji sam pokazala ovde, na taj način kupljen. Na takvim tezgama (po meni) uvek ima najlepših materijala.)

As far as this dress is concerned, the most important role was mathematics or perhaps resourcefulness or how to make use of every piece of fabric because it is beautiful.

I had a length of almost 1.90m (1.50m wide) of this fabric, on both sides is the same border, and between was the piece with the flowers. (I like at Stoffmarkt to buy pieces at places where fabrics are already cut out (rests), ie fabrics lengths of 1.40-1.90m, which are sold at 5 euros per piece. So this and previous fabric that I sewed, were bought on that way. At such a kind of places are always the most interesting fabrics.)

Materijal je providan pa je bilo pitanje stavljati postavu ili duplo šiti na donjem delu!? Postavu koju sam htela sam morala naručiti na internetu pa čekati, a ja sam većinom nestrpljiva kad nešto naumim pa sam se odlučila da donji deo bude od materijala, ali duplo. 

Kada sam pred ogledalom nameštala materijal po sebi, kako i šta bi šila, bordura je jako dobro izgledala na izrezu tako da mi je to bilo najbitnije. Odmah je i bilo jasno da će biti neki V-izrez, ali ostalo je da iskombinujem obim donjeg dela i izrez, tako da sam isekla skoro 50cm od dužine za gornji deo, a ostalo je ostao obim donjeg dela. Leđni deo gornjeg dela je jedini zapostavljen, šta je ostalo kad sam isekla prednji deo.

Bordura mi je bila jako lepa (i još uvek) i zbog toga je donji deo ovakav, jedan deo kraći, a drugi duži. 

The fabric was transparent, so it was a question to put a lining or duplicate fabric on the bottom part !? The lining I wanted, I had to order on the internet and wait, because of I'm mostly impatient when I'm doing something, so I decided that the bottom part would be of fabric but double.

When I put the fabric on myself in front of the mirror, how and what would I do, the border looked very good at the front, so it was the most important thing to me. It was immediately apparent that there would be a V-neck, but it remains to combine the volume of the lower part and the upper part, so I cut almost 50cm from the length for the upper part and the rest remained for the volume of the lower part. The back of the upper part was the only one neglected, what was left when I made the front part.

The border was very pretty (and still is) and because of that the bottom part is like this, one part shorter and the other longer.

Nosila sam par puta ovu haljinu i u prvo vreme razmišljala da je možda trebala biti kraća. Pomalo me još uvek drži ta dilema, ali... Ova dužina je ostala jer sam htela maksimalno da iskoristim materijal i činila mi se elegentnijom nego kraća varijanta.

U svakom slučaju, haljina je lepa i sa zadovoljstvom je nosim.

I wore this dress a few times and thought at first that it might have been shorter. I'm still holding this dilemma a bit, but ... This length has remained because I wanted to use the maximum of the fabric and seemed to me more elegant than a shorter variant.

Anyway, the dress is pretty and I'm so pleased to wear it.

Roze sa cvetićima/Light pink with flowers

Roze poze, pa još sa cvetićima...

Ne volim ja roze boju, a retko kad i sitno cveće kao dezen, ali pošto ja baš i nemam neki određeni stil, ja sam u stanju sve da 'volim'.

Light pink, and with small flowers ...

I don't like pink, and rarely small flowers, but as I don't have a certain style, I'm sometimes able to 'love' it.

Deo odmora je svakako i priprema za odmor, a kod mene to znači par novih haljina.

Ova je jedna od haljina za ovo leto.

Kroj je iz jedne od poslednjih Burdi, ali originalan kroj je kroj za bluzu, što mene nije sprečilo da ga malo produžim i sašijem haljinu (Naravno da sam još ponešto promenila.).

Materijal je pamuk koji sam kupila na vašaru materijala krajem marta.

Namerno sam njega odabrala jer je pomalo krut pa drži formu i dolazi do izražaja širina donjeg dela haljine.

Part of the vacation is definitely preparing for a vacation, and for me, that means a couple of new dresses.

This is one of my dresses for this summer.

The cut of the dress is from one of the last Burda, but the original cut is for a blouse, which didn't prevent me from making it a little longer and sewed the dress (Of course, I've changed it a bit).

The fabric is the cotton I bought in the Stoffmarkt at the end of March.

I have chosen this cotton because it is a bit stiff and holds the shape so that the width of the lower part of the dress can be seen fine.

Haljinu sam slikala u kombinaciji sa dve vrste obuće, ravne krem papuče i sandale na štiklu, takođe u nijansi krem boje. Moje mišljenje je da su obe kombinacije interesante u zavisnosti od prilike za koju bi bile obučene, a uz dodatak odgovarajućeg nakita, tašnice, šminke.

I took photos of the dress in combination with two types of shoes, flat beige and heeled, also in shades of beige, sandals. My opinion is that both combinations are interesting depending on the opportunity for which they would be wear, with the addition of appropriate jewelry, purse, and makeup.

Jedan dan na Bodenskom jezeru/One day at Lake Constance

Nama je ovog juna Bodensko jezero bilo samo usputna destinacija.
Naime, između planiranog vikenda sa prijateljima na jednom jezeru u nacionalnom parku Eifel i našeg odmora u Italiji imali smo dva slobodna dana, ali i 1000 km još pred nama i nije imalo smisla vraćati se kući i ponovo kretati na put. Iz praktičnih razloga smo tražili nešto što će biti na pola našeg puta pa smo tako i odabrali Bodensko jezero.
In June this year, Lake Constance was just a passing destination for us.
Namely, between the planned weekend with friends on one lake in the Eifel National Park and our holiday in Italy, we had two free days, but also 1000 km in front of us and it didn't make sense to return home and go back on the road. For practical reasons, we were looking for something that would be halfway through our path, so we chose Lake Constance.

Bodensko jezero se nalazi na tromeđi Nemačke, Švajcarske i Austrije kojima i pripada. Dugo je oko 63 km i široko do 14 km, a sastoji se od dva jezera. Većim delom pripada Nemačkoj.
Lake Constance is located in the triangle of Germany, Switzerland and Austria to which it belongs. It is about 63 km long and up to 14 km wide and consists of two lakes. Much of it belongs to Germany.

Za kratak period koji smo planirali da provedemo tamo, nismo se puno bavili znamenitostima, već je plan bio da vidimo što više možemo.
Rezervisali smo sobu u mestu Wasserburg koje se nalazi na severnoj obali Bodenskog jezera i pripada nemačkoj pokrajini Bavarska.
U nedelju poslepodne stigli smo na naše odredište i prošetali kroz mesto.
For the short period that we planned to spend there, we didn't deal much with the sights, the plan was to see as much as we can.
We booked a room in Wasserburg on the north shore of Lake Constance and belongs to the German province of Bavaria.
On Sunday afternoon, we arrived at our destination and walked through the city.

Prvo što sam videla kad smo došli do jezera.
The first thing I saw when we got to the lake.

Svidela mi se ova kuća.

U mestu se nalaze mahom hoteli ili stanovi, sobe za izdavanje. Dosta toga je novijeg datuma, ali postoji i par prelepih starih kuća i vila.

I liked this house.

There are many hotels or apartments, rooms for rent in this city. There are a lot of newer date, but there are a couple of beautiful old houses and villas.

Sutradan smo imali ceo dan za ovo prelepo jezero.

Iznajmili smo dva električna bicikla (Moja prva vožnja na njima.) i plan je bio da sa njima obiđemo jezero. Nažalost, plan nam se izjalovio pa smo videli samo mali deo.

Ujutro smo biciklima otišli do Lindau, ali je padala kiša, na momente baš jaka, pa smo se uglavnom krili.

The next day we had a whole day for this beautiful lake.

We rented two electric bikes (My first ride on them.) and the plan was to see the whole lake. Unfortunately, the plan got out and we only saw a small part.

In the morning we went biking to Lindau, but it was raining, very strong for moments, so we mostly hid ourselves.

Lindau je nemački gradić čije se staro istorijsko jezgro nalazi na malom otoku, a danas je povezan mostom sa kopnom.

Na ulazu u luku se nalazi veliki svetionik iz 1879. i statua bavarskog lava, simbol moći, koja čuva grad.

Lindau is a German town whose old historical core is located on a small island, and today it is connected by a bridge with the mainland.

At the entrance to the harbor are situated a large lighthouse from 1879 and a statue of the Bavarian lion, a symbol of power who protects the city.

Na kraju, usled nekih nepredviđenih okolnosti, naše istraživanje obale Bodenskog jezera se završilo kroz par sati.

Poslepodne smo se kolima odvezli do mesta Friedrichshafen, gde nismo mnogo šetali, samo obišli mali deo obale.

Finally, due to some unforeseen circumstances, our exploration of Lake Constance ended in a few hours.

In the afternoon we drove to the town of Friedrichshafen, where we didn't see much, only a small part of the coast.

Naravno da se ja nisam smela popeti na vrh, završila sam svoj put na četvrtom spratu.
Of course, I didn't dare to climb to the top, I finished my way on the fourth floor.

U gradu, na obali, se nalazi Zeppelin muzej (Pronalazač cepelina grof Ferdinand von Zeppelin je rođen u blizini.), posvećen istoriji avijacije. 

Ja sam zakasnila (Ušli smo u muzej u 17:45, a u 18 časova su zatvarali.) i nisam uspela da vidim muzej iako sam imala želju.

In the city, on the coast, is located the Zeppelin Museum (Constructor of Zeppelin Count Ferdinand von Zeppelin was born nearby.), dedicated to the history of aviation.

I was late (We entered the museum at 5:45 pm and at 6 pm they closed.) and I didn't manage to see the museum even though I had a wish.

Na kraju moram reći da je mene ono što sam videla od Bodenskog jezera oduševilo. Definitivno ćemo u budućnosti još jednom otići na par dana tamo (Moj muž je bio već dva puta pre ovoga.).

In the end, I must say that what I saw from Lake Constance thrilled me. We will definitely go there for a few more days in the future (My husband was already twice before this).

Poklon/The gift

Pišem ovu priču, a haljina više nije kod mene.

Napravila sam slike pre 2 nedelje, ali nisam stigla da napišem priču.

Prošlu nedelju sam provela u Novom Sadu (Lieblingsstadt mu ja tepam, a to znači dragi/omiljeni grad, volim tu nemačku reč.) i videla se par puta sa jednom prijateljicom. Ostala sam joj 'dužna' sitnicu i obećala nešto sašiti (Ima par mojih prijateljica koje imaju ponešto mojih stvari, ali pomenuta prijateljica ima najviše haljina koje sam ja šila.), haljina mi je stajala u koferu pa sam je odnela prijateljici na probu i ostala je kod nje. Ona se oduševila, a ja sam joj rekla da ću ipak pustiti priču (ako se slaže, a složila se).

I am writing this story and the dress isn't in my closet anymore.

I took the photos 2 weeks ago, but I haven't found time to write the story.

Last week I spent in Novi Sad (Lieblingsstadt, which means beloved/favorite city) and was a couple of times with one of my girlfriends. I stayed her 'obliged' something and promised to sew anything (There are a couple of my friends that have some of my clothes, but mentioned friend has a few dresses which I sewed.). How this dress was in my suitcase, I gave it to her. She was thrilled, and I told her that I still want to write a story (if she agrees, and she agreed).

Sašila sam haljinu pre 3-4 meseca, jedno veče sam planirala šta od kojeg materijala da šijem i dobila sam
ideju za ovu haljinu, izvukla šta imam od puplina na zalihama i sašila je za par sati.
To je od onih stvari koje ne planirate, već se naprosto pojavi ideja i vi je realizujete, ne razmišljajući puno.

I sewed this dress before 3-4 months, one evening I planned what to sew from fabric which I had in my stocks and got the idea for this dress, pulled out some of the poplins and sewed it in a few hours.

It was one of those things you don't plan, you simply get the idea and realize it, without thinking too much.

Haljina je jednostavnog A kroja sa volanom dole. Interesantno je to, da su pruge tela haljine i volana su okomito postavljene. 

Pozadi sam ostavila otvor i ovaj put stavila belu traku za vezanje.

The cut of this dress is a simple A-line with a ruffle on the edge at the end. Interestingly, the stripes on dress body and on ruffle are vertically mounted.

I left the hole in the back and this time put a white band.

In some dresses, I feel like a doll.
